Latest reports from Ninian park are that over 5,000 tickets have aleady been sold for
Sundays FA Cup clash against Bristol Rovers. The uptake from over the Severn has not been
so good with reports of under 500 being sold. As a result it seems certain the the Grange
End will be segregated for use by home fans at the Bob Bank side and all away fans will be
in the paddock nearest the Grandstand. The match is not all ticket for home fans and you can pay at the gate. If you decide to do that please allow time to get into the ground as a crowd of over 10,000 is expected. City held a practice match this morning with a first team XI playing a reserve XI. Leo Fortune West played for the first team in place of Kevin Nugent who is trying to recover from an achillies injury. Jeff Eckhardt also missed the game and was replaced by a very competent Andrew Jordan. The game was won 1 - 0 by the reserve XI. |
