| January Headlines |
Young striker Chris Roberts has joined ex City boss Eddie May at Drogheda Utd in Ireland. Roberts has struggled to get first team football at Ninian Park this season and with the lack of reserve team games he is struggling for match fitness and sharpness. He has signed a one month loan deal. Roberts has had some action in this last week. He came on as a half time substitue at Ashton gate last Sunday and captained the reserve side at Plymouth in midweek. He also scored a penalty in the reserve game. Eddie May is in Ireland after turning down a job in Pakistan to coach the national team there. |
