Reports today suggest that Paul Brayson will finally sign a contract with Cardiff City. Paul finished last season on loan at Ninian Park and his move has been agreed between Cardiff and Reading. Billy has been in talks with Brayson and his signature looks close.

Jason Fowler is still undecided on his future. He has received offers from other clubs including Rotherham but has yet to make up his mind. Billy is trying to sort the matter out and get Jason to make his mind up one way or the other.

Dai Thomas is back training with the City squad after being suspended last week by Billy Ayre while an investigation was launched into Dai's involvement in the Euro 2000 riots in Brussels. There is no news as to what outcome has been found by the club.
