This Saturday is the 11th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster when 96 football fans lost their lives. As a mark of respect all Premiership and Nationwide matches this Saturday will kick off at 3:06pm after a minutes silence. Please be aware of this fact and if you are arriving late at the ground please ensure you are rspectful if you arrive during the silence.

The Hillsborough Justice Campaign will be launching their website on Saturday. Please find time to read their press release and to view the website.

Most football fans have heard of the Hillsborough Football Disaster, a lot of us remember those televised scenes where 96 football fans lost their lives

15th April marks the eleventh anniversary of the disaster.

It also mark the launch date for the Hillsborough Justice Campaign's website at

www.hillsboroughjustice.org.uk

This website is a big undertaking and features the Definitive History of what happened on that day and its aftermath, backed up with audio interviews with survivors and witnesses as well as families who lost loved ones. We got the opinions of the Liverpool team of '89, analysis of how the authorities controlled the aftermath of the disaster to effect a white-wash that has meant to this day, no one has taken responsibility for what happened, no justice has been served.

The site also concentrates on the continued efforts of the HJC in its struggle for Justice. A campaign which saw perhaps the first, and maybe, to date the largest, boycott of an away match (Sheffield Wednesday vs. Liverpool last year); the persuasion of the Premier League, FA and Football League to mark the 10th anniversary of Britain's worst sporting disaster with a minutes silence amongst others.

The Hillsborough Justice Campaign aims to pursue Justice for those 96 people who died in the Hillsborough Stadium Disaster of 1989; their bereaved Families; the Survivors who came perilously close to dying in Pens 3 and 4; and those unfortunate people still suffering from the ensuing trauma of the Disaster. The hard facts are all here on the site.

The internet is a great leveller. For the first time, ordinary people have access to the means of publicising their side of the story, in their words, with the same degree of presentation quality as the largest companies and institutions. We hope our website reflects this.

We'd like to ask you to visit the site on the launch date 9pm BST (UK time) on 15th April 2000. The site is going to be launched at a private party in Liverpool. At the launch will be survivors, families and campaigners. We'll also be joined by some special friends. We'll be beaming pictures from the party back onto the site using webcams, there'll be a chat room on the site and a message board so visitors can chat directly to the party. We'll be uploading recordings of live music and speeches.

We'd also appreciate it if you could add a link to our site. A link to your site is already on our vast links page (that's why you're receiving this e-mail!). If you have any reservations about legal issues surrounding Hillsborough, there is a legal statement on our site which you night like to look at first.

We look forward to hearing from you and your support

Yours, For Justice
