Cardiff have made an offer to Preston for the services of Cardiff born Kurt Nogan. Preston have rejected the offer and have stated they will only sell for £100,000.

With only 3 days to go to the deadline for Fridays clash with Colchester both clubs need to move fast if there was to be any possibility of signing him in time to play.

There was talk of two other possible players being targetted but no word on those yet.
