The
match referee for tomorrows game at Exeter has been announced as Trevor Parkes from
Birmingham. First reaction to that is that Trevor was the referee when we beat Reading last season at the Madjeski. I remember him being a good referee for Cardiff on that day. He must have been fair as Nigel never mentioned him once in his match report. The only slightly disturbing point is that Trevor Parkes was the man in charge when Exeter City opened their 1999 - 2000 league campaign at St James Park. 12 months ago on Sat 7th August Exeter won 1 - 0 against Hull. But I'm not superstitious. Touch wood we will be OK. |
