What a week. What a last few weeks. Euphoria of the Football League passing our takeover plans. The departure of the manager, the takeover thrown into turmoil with reduced share prices, boardroom blockages and fan power helping the takeover bid. The form of the team on the pitch. One thing is for sure. It could only happen at Cardiff City.

Tomorrow we get back to the real world. Cardiff City v Brentford at Ninian Park. Kick off 3:00pm. This is the real reason we support our club, the team on the pitch. City are looking to build on the goalless draw at Scunthorpe last week. That was a big result for the Club and the Billy Ayre. After losing the previous two games a trip to fellow strugglers Scunthorpe could have been disastrous. Billy managed to get only the second clean sheet of the year. Tomorrow comes his big test. A home match that is a must win game. Anything but a win could see us drop into the bottom 4 then it gets even harder. Billy wanted 8 wins from the 18 games he had to go until the end of the season. Well one game down and we need 8 wins from 17.

Lets get to Ninian tomorrow and support the team in their efforts to progress to safety.

I will have player news a bit later.
