Cardiff have been drawn at home to 1st division Crewe Alexandra in round 3 of the FA Cup.

While its the not glamour tie we would have liked (Crewe are thinking the same as well) it is a home game and to be honest a game we can win. There may be two divisions between the teams but form does play a part. Cardiff have won their last 10 games on the trot at Ninian Park and have three more league games at home before the clash with Crewe on Jan 6th (7th if the TV companies think our tie is more attractive than Fulham v Man Utd). Crewe have been beaten in their last four away games and in the league this season have lost 9 out of 11 away from Gresty Rd.
