City face a rampant Merthyr at Ninian Park tonight. The Martyrs have have scored 9 goals in their last 3 matches and only conceed 1. City have named a strong line up to face Merthyr and hopefully to build upon the 1 - 0 win over Cwmbran last Tuesday. With Gabbidon, Earnshaw and Evans still away on Wales U21 duty City have chosen then following line up. Walton, Low, Brazier, Bonner, Young, Perrett, Bowen, Hill, Fortune West, McCulloch, Bowen. Subs TBC. Its thought that Jason Bowen will play up front with Leo and Scott McCulloch will move into and add some steel to the midfield. Scott Young and Russell Perrett will play together for the first time this season. They will be the centre back pairing while Dave Greene is suspended. As last week the match is kick off at 7:15pm and is free entry for season ticket holders. The family stand is £3 / £1 and the grandstand is £4 / £2. The bob bank and Grange End will not be open. The bar facilities are available from 6pm on. |
