City have welcomed Andy Legg, Jason Fowler and Jeff Eckhardt back into full time training.

The main injury worries are now on Jon Hallworth, Kevin Nugent, Russell Perrett and Gethin Jones.

Legg was hoping to be a part of the team that faces Cheltenham tomorrow but it would appear to be slightly too soon. Fowler has been absent for a long period with a thyroid problem. Its good to see him back in training. Jeff has missed the last few games and will be trying his best to get back to full fitness.

Jon Hallworth will see a specialist next week regarding his knee and he looks like joining Gethin Jones and Russell Perrett as long term injured. Kevin Nugent is still recovering from an achillies injury and will be out for at least another week.

Unofficial website CCFC Net, has reported today that several players have signed improved contracts. Its reported that Rob Earnshaw has further extended his contract until 2007. Jason Bowen has signed a one year extension which keeps him at Ninian Park until the end of next season and Kevin Evans has signed a four year extension to his original one year deal and now is committed to Cardiff until 2005.

Josh Low, Mark Bonner and Scott Young are all due for contract talks as their contracts run out at the end of this season as well.
