September Headlines August Newsfile Newsfile Archive	The official Cardiff website has announced that Leo Fortune West will be at Ninian Park tomorrow to complete a move to City. The deal is back on and its hoped he will be signed and able to play against Halifax next Tuesday. He has agreed terms and a few minor details need to be sorted out.
