Bluebirds 2000 is a club that has just been set up by Cardiff City fans to stop Samesh Kumar from ruining Cardiff City Football Club. As mentioned in the previous report Kumar wants over £1m to say goodbye to Cardiff City. Bluebirds 2000 aims to raise £300,000 to buy new shares in the club and dilute Kumars holding to 25%. If that happens he cannot stop the Clive Sullivan consortium from investing their £2.5m.

Fans are being offered the chance to buy shares for a minimum investment of £100, up to the full £300,000 if they wish. Full details on the Bluebirds 2000 page.

The local press, television and media are behind the campaign and will publicise the efforts of the fans.
