The latest name linked to the boardroom is former Sheff Utd chairman Reg Brealey. Its though that Brealey would want to invest in a new share ussue thus leaving the current directors in place and still with their shares intact. Unlike Sam Hammam who want to take over all the existing shares and remove the current directors.

Brealey has recently failed to takeover Notts County and Chester City football clubs. There appears to be controversy surrounding Brealey at the previous clubs he has been involved in. Darlington, Grantham and Greenock Morton. He met Steve Borley and Paul Guy last week in London. I don't think Brealey would be a suitable option but the board have to talk to all potential investors.

So we now have Sam Hamman, who wants all of the club. Clive Sullivan who still has a £162,000 loan in the club and Reg Brearley who it is believed would be an investor in new shares.

Of course the alternative is the continuance of the board as it is at the moment.
