The Echo today feature the story that Sam Hammam is aiming to be incontrol at Ninian Park by Aug 19th. City's first home game.

Sam is now back from New York and is expected to meet as soon as tonight. If 90% of shareholders agree to the takeover then the EGM does not have to be called. Steve Borley claims the key shareholders are ready to sign the guarantees need for the deal to press ahead.
